Preparing for your Interview1. Prepare in advance: Your interview questions will be based around the criteria and qualifications for the position. Consider in advance what questions are likely to be asked and practice formulating answers to them. 2. Research the organisation and position: Speak to the appropriate contact person listed in the job advertisement and find out more about the position. Review relevant information on the RDN website and peruse the latest RDN Annual Report. Prepare any questions about the job and organisation. Think about the position and what you can bring to it as a candidate. 3. Dress appropriately: Present in a professional manner. 4. Arrive on time or a little early: Know the address and office location of your interview in advance and where you can park. 5. Bring a copy of your application: Also bring along notepaper and pen and a list of questions you may have. |
