This is a fantastic option for city GP doctors who may want to try their hand at locum work in rural NSW general practice, or any GP doctors medically registered who want to work in rural NSW and are wanting locum work for specified times.

GP Locums who work casually or continously in rural NSW are able to advertise their available work times by submitting details of availability via the online Locum Availability Form.

The Rural Doctors Network (RDN) provides a list of Independent Locum Doctors (ILDs) who advertise on the RDN website.

The RDN provides information and assistance to GPs to access alternative rural GP locums, other than those employed by RDN.
